Terms and Conditions for the Winter Ball

Welcome to the Winter Ball hosted by Juniors for Juniors (“Organizer”) at Faithlgg Hotel. Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions, as they govern attendance at the event.

Event Details

• Event Name: The Winter Ball
• Date & Time: 14th February 2025
• Location: Faithlegg House Hotel, Faithlegg, Co. Waterford, X91 H008
• Dress Code: Black Tie (Formal attire is mandatory)
• Age Restriction: Over 18 only

Ticket Purchase and Admission

• Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased through the official event page at Juniorsforjuniors.ie .
• Admission: Each ticket is valid for one individual only and must be presented upon entry. Re-entry may be limited. Attendees must be 18+ (or specify if other age restrictions apply).
• Non-transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in Section 5 below.

Dress Code

• The Winter Ball is a black-tie event. Appropriate attire includes formal evening wear, such as tuxedos for men and gowns for women. Failure to adhere to the dress code may result in denial of entry without refund.

Behavior and Conduct

• Respectful Conduct: Attendees must act respectfully and courteously towards other guests and event staff. Disruptive behavior, including intoxication, aggression, or harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the event premises unless designated smoking areas are provided.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Organizer Cancellation: If the event is canceled by the Organizer for any reason, attendees will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
• No Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable in cases where an attendee fails to comply with event terms or is denied entry for reasons outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Health and Safety Requirements

• Safety Compliance: For the safety of all guests, attendees must follow any instructions provided by event staff, security, or health personnel on-site.

Photography and Media Release

• Media Use: By attending the Winter Ball, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by event staff or media personnel for promotional, archival, or media purposes.
• Permission to Use Likeness: The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs or video footage taken at the event in future promotional materials or publications, including social media, websites, and advertisements.

Liability

• Assumption of Risk: Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including any risks associated with travel, weather, or potential exposure to illness.
• Limitation of Liability: The Organizer will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by attendees, including personal belongings.

Privacy Policy

Modification of Terms
